Who We Are
At Eka Arts Uganda, we believe that creativity is the ultimate key to personal freedom and national transformation. We are a dedicated community movement that provides youth and women with the vital creative skills, professional mentorship, and rehabilitation support they need to rise above structural limitations, conquer addiction, and build proud, purposeful lives
Driven by our banner "Awo Olwatuuka," Eka Arts Uganda designs vibrant, drug-free creative hubs where raw talent meets real-world opportunity. We focus on skilling the unskilled, championing women's leadership, and connecting local creatives directly to local and global digital markets, ensuring that our youth can successfully turn their passions into sustainable livelihoods.

To create a Uganda where creativity gives youth and women the freedom to rise above addiction, poverty, limitation, and step into a life of opportunity, purpose, and global potential .
WHY THIS VISION
Because the young people and women are the largest population in Uganda yet many of them lack skills, structure or opportunities because drug abuse among the youth is affecting talent, employability, discipline and health . And because women in the creative sector face additional barriers ; limited resources, fewer opportunities and restricted mobility

creative domains. - Recover the lost generation: Integrate drug-free programs,
counseling, mentorship, and creative therapy for youth affected by substance abuse. Instill discipline, confidence and professionalism. - Create safe creative environments: Build creative hubs where
